HY-288 Premium Smoothness and Elastic Silicone Oil for nylon Fiber 

1. Application:

This product is suitable for nylon staple fiber for smoothness & elasticity.

2881 35±2% Special type reactive Organosilicon Emulsion

2882 35±2% Reactive Organosilicon Resin

2883 8±2% Organosilicon catalyzer

2884 >96% Organosilicon Cross-link agent 

2. Suitable proportion

2881: 2882: 2883: 2884 =6:3:1:0.25

4. Confection ( Supposing : Water: Silicone Oil=60:10.25Kg, 70.25kg emulsion)(1)Immit 60kg water and 0.25 kg 2884 into oil trough , then churn it for 5 minutes.

(2) Immit 6 kg 2881, 3kg 2882, 1 kg 2883 into oil trough in turn, the churn it for 10 minutes. 

5. Methods of Application

(1) Pre-spinning: Immit 0.5%-1% HY-268Finish Oil for Polyester Staple fiber

(2) Post-spinning: Immit silicone oil 

6. Condition of using silicone oil in the course of Post-spinning

(1)Heating:

No.1 area of oven: 150ºC

No.2 area of oven: 160ºC

No.3 area of oven: 160ºC

Speed of Hot Air ≥ 1.5m/s for 5 minutes treatment

(2) Best rate of use silicon oil: 0.4~0.6% (3) Water Percentage in fiber : <0.1% 

7. Notice

(1) DO NOT MIX WITH ANY ANION FINISH OIL!

(2) Valid period: Within 12 months, Keep it sealed and in proper temperature.
