Performance and Characteristics

It gives good antistatic properties to the fiber in the manufacturing progress of Polyester staple fiber and yarn.Gives fiber-metal dynamic friction and static friction between the fibers, meanwhile, improving the quality of the tow.Gives appropriate cohesive performance between the fibers, also good fiber bulkiness and elasticity.Has good chemical stability, soluble in hot water, not hierarchical, easy to emulsify, easy to use.Non-toxic side effects, non-corrosive to the production equipment, high flash point, safe and reliable, can be satisfied to the relevant requirements of ISO9002, ISO14001.

Usage

1. The recommended ratio (can be adjusted according to the production situation)

pre-spinning: COSMO-C61 / COSMO-C62 = 30/70

post-spinning: COSMO-C61 / COSMO-C62 = 70/30

2. Oiling rate

Cotton type staple fiber ring spinning: 0.10-0.15%

                                      air-jet spinning: 0.12-0.17%

3. Calculation method

oil consumption = target emulsion amount * target ratio * Proportion/active ingredient

water consumption (soft water, distilled water) = target emulsion amount- oil consumption

For example: spin finish oil- COSMO-C61/ COSMO-C62= 70/30, to deploy 2.0% emulsion, 2000kg

The amount of the use of spin finish oil- COSMO-C61 = 2000 × 2.0% × 70% / 40% = 70kg                                         spin finish oil- COSMO-C62 = 2000 × 2.0% × 30% / 100% = 12kg

Amount of water used = 2000 - (70 +12) = 1918kg

Notice

1. Avoid the summer heat exposure and winter low-temperature damage. 2. Can not be mixed with other impurities, can not be mixed with cationic oil.3. In winter, the spin finish oil need full balance at 30 °C indoor before using.

4. Valid period: within 12 months
